New projects / project value GBP£50M and above, if you have or able to organise deposit fund 20% - 25% (GBP£10m-GBP£12.5m) of GBP£50M then we can offer you our loan.
With up to 25% deposit down:-
- We will provide you our offer that is competitive over local market.
- Only if you want, we can covert part of our loan into investment and in exchange for 20% - 30% share of the company
